August 9, 2011 - We would like to thank the staff of the Clayton Opera House in the Thousand Islands region of Upstate New York, and the multitudes of fans that attended, for making our show in Clayton a huge success! May 9, 2011 - On April 15, 2011, Hey You performed our first concert of 2011's "In Floyd We Trust Tour" at the beautiful Riviera Theatre in front of a nearly sold out crowd.  The show was also video taped by local television producers "Buffalo Night Out".  Much of the concert will be appearing live this week on Adelphia Cable Public Access. If you had the chance to see this show live then we thank you! Those of you who either could not get tickets or missed us, can check out part of what you missed on "Spy Guys" television..See ya next year at the Riviera on April 14, 2012! April 19, 2011 - We want to thank the multitudess of people who came out to the Riviera Theatre on Friday April 15, 2011 to help us kick off our "In Floyd We Trust" tour! It was great to see so many people in the balconies as well as the main seating! We will be back at the Riviera in 2012, and we recommend you get your tickets early for that show as well because it will be a sell-out! April 6, 2011 - Its finally here! Hey You is kicking off our 2011 "In Floyd We Trust Tour" at the beautiful Rivera Theatre in North Tonawanda, NY.  This year, Hey You will feature 2 or 3 complete albums live at every show. Right now, we are featuring Dark Side of the Moon, Wish You Were Here and Animals.  The 2011 tour features new multimedia and a huge intelligent light show which will double the size of our previous concert light show.   Whether you are in the smallest town or the largest city, Hey You is bringing you our full show. And the ticket price has stayed the same! This years show includes new props and stage accents- but we won't tell you here. Expect to see some new faces in the group this year, and we can't wait to see you at our show on April 15th!

February 15, 2011 - Sometimes you fans do things and we just don't know what to say. Hey You would like to thank the artist and fan from WNY for painting this beautiful work for us. January 14, 2011 - Bill's 2010 Roger Waters Signature Fender Precision Bass

Our bassist Bill is now the proud owner of a 2010 Roger Waters Signature Fender Precision Bass. The bass is designed after the 70's era Roger Waters touring bass guitar.  The best part is that Roger signed the back of the headstock.  Given the outrageous coolness of this instrument, Bill just could not resist the purchase. Expect to see it live at all of our shows on the "In Floyd We Trust" Tour 2011 and beyond. Here are some pics of the newest addition to the Hey You family.

January 1, 2011 - Hey You is proud to announce our first concert for 2011 at the beautiful Riviera Theater in North Tonwanda on Friday, April 15th. Not only is this venue known for its wonderful sound, but it is one of the most intimate mid-sized theatre venues in the Western New York area.  Tickets are on sale now and seating is reserved. Followers of our online media will know in advance of any advertisements so our fans get first dibs on the best seats in the house.

This year we will have the biggest production that Hey You has ever put on; including MORE Intelligent Lighting/Lasers/Multimedia Projections/Intelligent Light Circular Screen/Props/Backing Vocalists/Sax Player and, of course, the music of Pink Floyd. This year's touring season is taking us from New York to Ohio to Pennsylvania and far beyond. No Pink Floyd fan should miss a Hey You concert!

October 10, 2010 - Hey You would like to thank all the Pink Floyd, Roger Waters and Hey You fans that came out to our Pearl Street Brewery Post Roger Waters show. You are all awesome.  It was great to see all the Hey You concert shirts in the audience!  The show began around 10:30 and the venue quickly packed up with well over 450 music fans. Special thanks goes out to Matt from our production team. Matt has spent about 2 years with Hey You and he is soon leaving for the Marines. We wish him the best, although we understand that the Hey You training is almost as tough as boot camp, he will be well prepared.  We would also like to thank the fans who came out to Pearl Street. Of special note are our new fans from Brazil, Canada and Ohio. Thanks for the support and making it a point to make Hey You part of your plans.  Check out the web site for some show pictures. We got some cool ones of the HSBC crowd loading in to Pearl Street as well. We would also like to thank our official band photographer Mike Mietlicki and G and D sound for their awesome work! October 3, 2010 - Hey You would like to thank all the fans who were at the Montage Music Hall show in Rochester, NY. We will definitely see you again! Now the Hey You Were Here Tour turns back to downtown Buffalo, NY at the Pearl Street Grill and Brewery coming up this Friday October 8, 2010! The concert will begin around 9:30pm and go on until they kick us out! This is a very special concert for us because right across the street Roger Waters will be performing the Wall at HSBC Arena! You can walk right to HSBC Arena from the Pearl Street Grill and Brewery.  Join us as we continue the Pink Floyd music throughout the rest of the night. If you couldn't get tickets for "The Wall" concert then we hope you stop down to the Pearl Street Grill and Brewery and join us. See on next Friday!

September 20, 2010 - Hey You (A Tribute to Pink Floyd) had a great time at Page's Paradise Island, we appreciate the friendly staff and the huge crowd that came out to see us and we hope to be back there soon.

Now we focus our attention on the Montage Music Hall in Rochester, NY. That show is Saturday September 25, 2010 and pre-sale tickets are available online at TicketDerby. The show is only $7 pre-sale or$10 at the door, so we hope to see you there!

September 13, 2010 - Well as the say "See You in September". Hey You is beginning the fourth quarter of 2010 with some very special concerts. On September 18 we will perform at Page's Paradise Island in Lancaster/Depew NY. The show starts at 10pm and will feature a performance of the entire Dark Side of the Moon album and many other songs. On September 25 we head back to Rochester, NY to perform at the Montage Music Hall. At this concert we will be performing the entire Wish You Were Here album and many other songs.  Get your tickets in advance for this one for only $7.  On October 8 we head back to downtown Buffalo, NY to perform at the Pearl Street Brewery- Its just up the street from HSBC Arena where Roger Waters will be performing The Wall in its entirety.  We start playing right after the concert, so get to the Pearl Street Brewery right after Roger is done. If you don't have tickets for the Roger Waters show, we know we can satisfy your Pink Floyd fix!

August 19, 2010 - August has been a great month for the Hey You Were Here Tour. Thanks to all our fans in Rochester, NY for coming out to Nola's this past Saturday.  September brings the tour to Lancaster, NY to Page's Paradise Island and then back to Downtown Rochester and the Montage Music Hall. Tickets are avail for our Montage Music Hall show at Ticket Derby.   Look for an exciting end of year as our production keeps expanding. We cant wait to see you all on the road! July 25, 2010 - Hey You is currently getting ready for the 2nd half of the Hey You Were Here Tour 2010. We are working on a lot of new concerts. Our next show will be in Rochester Ny at the Nationally known Nola's BBQ and Velvet Room.

Change happens in any organization. and at this time we would like to officially announce our newest member to the band - Ron Lee He brings over 30 years of performance experience as the new drummer of Hey You. He has played in many bands, and currently plays in a tribute to Bruce Springsteen called Badlands. 

We would like to wish our former members the best of luck in their future projects.

Hey You will also be announcing the addition of a third female vocalist in the very near future. We are excited at how our group continues to grow to bring you the best Pink Floyd experience possible.

Expect the end of 2010 to be VERY exciting as Hey You prepares to grow regionally and nationally. See you all on the road and thanks again to all our friends, fans and promoters who have given and continue to give support to Hey You. You are all amazing.

July 11, 2010 - Thanks to all our fans for coming out to our Infinity Concert Hall event this Friday. It ws an amazing evening of lights and visuals and, of course, the audience. We just want to let you know that you are all great, and we know you have a choice of where to spend your entertainment dollars. Thank You for your support and in helping Hey You become THE Pink Floyd Tribute in WNY and beyond.  Our next concert will be at the nationally known Nola's BBQ and Velvet Room on 8-14-10. We have not been to Rochester in a while, so we can't wait to see our street team!  We plan on making this show huge for our fans. See you on the road!

June 19, 2010 - Unfortunately the event at LaSalle Park in downtown Buffalo, NY for the 4th of July was canceled. But Hey You fans can still get your fill of Hey You if you come check out our Fan Appreciation Show at Club Infinity Concert Hall on Friday July 9, 2010! Doors open at 7:30pm and Hey You goes on at 8:30pm. There will be a special $2 well drink called the "Young Lust" just for the event. Come out and see Pinky! Who or what is Pinky? You will have to come to Club Infinity to see! This is an all ages show and the air conditioning will be on all night long! You can buy your tickets at both Record Theatre locations (3500 Main Street and 1800 Main Street in Buffalo, NY) or at the Buffalo Drum Outlet located at 5872 Transit Road in Depew, NY. You can also get your tickets ONLINE. This will be our last show in Western New York for a very long time, so take advantage of the low ticket prices and come see Hey You!

June 2, 2010 - Hey You continues the "Hey You Were Here" 2010 Tour with a special July 4th Concert event in LaSalle Park in downtown Buffalo, NY. There will be many other acts that afternoon and Hey You takes the stage at 7:30pm followed by the downtown Buffalo Fireworks. Tickets are only $5.50 for adults and kids under 12 are free. Come on out and spend the day enjoying this very musical 4th of July by the water. On July 31st, the "Hey You Were Here" Tour 2010 moves on to the beautiful Thousand Islands for our annual Clayton Opera House Concert. Tickets are available now for only 17.50$ advance. Tickets are limited so get your tickets right away. This year's event will feature many new lighitng effects and stage props. See you out there.

May 27, 2010 - There are only a couple of days left to get your tickets for Hey You's re-creation of the June 22, 1973 Buffalo Memorial Auditorium show. The show takes place Saturday May 29, 2010 at the Riviera Theatre in North Tonawanda, NY. The 1973 Buffalo Memorial Auditorium set list has never been performed in its entirety by any Floyd tribute act before, so be sure you check out this special event. May 8, 2010 - On June 22, 1973 Pink Floyd played the Buffalo Memorial Auditorium on their “Dark Side of the Moon” tour. It was the only time that Pink Floyd would play the Memorial Auditorium, and it was the last time the band ever played Buffalo, NY. On May 29, 2010 Hey You (A Tribute to Pink Floyd) re-creates that show using Pink Floyd's actual set list. Come join Hey You (A Tribute to Pink Floyd) for an evening at the Riviera Theatre in North Tonawanda, NY that will have a unique Western New York feel to it. This will be the only time that Hey You will be performing this special concert event!  This show will feature Floydian special effects as well as lasers, multimedia, intelligent lighting, backing vocalists and a sax player. January 6, 2010 - Happy Birthday Syd Barrett ! Hey You is kicking off our new year at the Beautiful Riviera Theatre on January 23, 2010. In January we remember the birth month of a true songwriter. Syd Barrett will never be forgotten and his legacy lives on in the music he created.

October 27, 2009 - Hey You is pleased to announce our new ticket location for the Rome Capitol Theatre concert. Garys Music store in Rome Ny.. October 17, 2009 - Hey You has just been nominated for the 3rd straight year  in the Buffalo Music Awards. This is our second consecutive year being nominated for "Best Tribute Band". Nominations are done by music professionals, club and venue owners and promoters in Western New York. We are proud to be recognized again and it is an honor.  Now that we have been nominated it is up to all of our fans to ensure we become "Best Tribute Band". V oting starts on Friday this week so stay tuned and thank to all our fans across New York State and the Region for making this possible. We will post the voting link as soon as it becomes available. October 7, 2009 - Hey You is proud to officially announce that tickets are on sale for our fans in Central New York State. Get your tickets online, and get ready for a Pink Floyd experience as provided by Hey You. The show just keeps getting bigger and bigger as we head into Central New York. The Rome Capitol Theatre is a beautiful historical landmark and we are excited to bring the sights and sounds of Pink Floyd to such an acoustically correct environment.  In fact, its much the same kind of theatre that Pink Floyd would have originally played 30 years ago. This show is all ages.  Dont miss this specail pre -holiday show with Hey You. Even better, we have rolled back the ticket prices to the 1970's - 15$ advance and 20$ day of the show. What could be more authentic Floyd than that.? Get your tickets early, they are limited.

September 29, 2009 - Thanks to all the Pink Floyd fans who came out the Palace Theatre show on Saturday. It was definitely one of the most enthusiastic and loudest crowds we have played to. What an amazing night. The show included a special 3-story video graphics from the world renowned Garbaz! Picture the psychedelic graphics 3 stories high! As with each show in the DSONY tour, we featured the entire Dark Side of the Moon Album as performed by Pink Floyd live which they did slightly different than what youhear on the album. Our next show is coming up soon so make sure you check out the web site for more details. Lockport we will be seeing you again in February of 2010! Look for new pictures from Lockport and other recent shows to be added to the website in the coming days.

August 25, 2009 - After a successful tour opener at the Clayton Opera house on 8-1-09 the DSONY (Dark Side of New York) tour has kicked off to a great start. The fans in Clayton were amazing and the venue was beautiful.  On 8-14-09 we swung around to Dunkirk for a sold out show at the Northern Conservation Club. The audience was treated to a 25 minute version of Echoes to open the second set. Now the tour swings toward Niagara County and the Lockport Palace Theatre.  This historical landmark is going to be the largest venue we have played and the most media intensive show thus far. Featuring the legendary Garbaz creating a Floydian landscape while the bands growing light show captivates and spellbinds the audience. Make sure you dont miss this one! Tickets are available at Riffs Guitar Shop in Cheektowaga, NY and all Record Theatre locations in WNY. You can also get them at Mills Jewelers in Lockport, NY or the Palace Theatre box office. Tickets can also be purchased online directly from the Palace. June 10, 2009 - Sorry for the gap in updates, we've been busy! Virginia went well and we appreciate everyone that came out to see us. With a little luck, we may be going back to that area sometime in the near future.

Our next show is August 1, 2009 at the Clayton Opera House in Clayton, NY and, from what we understand, you may want to get your tickets soon. The venue is intimate and the seating is limited. Contact the Clayton Opera House box office for more details.

On August 14, 2009 we will be at the Northern Conservation Club in Dunkirk, NY to finally play a show for Johnpatrick's hometown (well - close enough). We start at 8pm that night so get there early.

February 21, 2009 - Hey You is happy to announce that we will be playing the historic Palace Theater in Lockport, NY on Saturday September 26, 2009. This is a home town show for guitarist George Root and a chance for George to play in a theater he has been going to since he was 6 years old. Needless to say George is excited to be playing the Palace and you should check back frequently to see when tickets will be on sale to the public. Pink Floyd Tribute Band And Promoter Donate Big To Riviera Theater

January 30, 2009 ( Lockport , NY) – On Saturday January 24, 2009 Hey You (A Tribute To Pink Floyd) held a concert at the Historic Riviera Theater in North Tonawanda , NY . The band had pledged to donate a portion of the proceeds back to the Riviera for operating and repair costs. When the concert was over the band and their promoter presented Riviera Executive Director Frank Cannata with a charity donation for $4,025.00.

“We really wanted to be able to give something back to the historic theaters of our region” says Hey You representative George Root, “and the Riviera is such a fixture of the Western New York music scene that we were more than happy to make the donation.” The band and their complete stage production, which included lights by Walter Independent Lighting along with a visual multimedia display by Garbaz, performed for upwards of 700 concert goers that evening.

Monday January 26, 2009 - Hey You rolled into the Riviera Theater in North Tonawanda, NY on Saturday January 24, 2009 and wowed an audience of over 700 people with a performance that many said they would never forget. With fans flying in from as far away as New York City and driving from places as far away as Jamestown, NY and Rochester, NY, Hey You proceeded to give a Pink Floyd show for the ages. The show was captured on film for use in Hey You's new promotional DVD designed to help the band start to reach audiences beyond the Northeast. Walter Independent Lighting lended even more fire power and treated fans to a lighting bonanza. Jeff Garbaz was on hand to lend his world renowned muti media show on two separate screens.

The night was a huge success and the accolades and fan response continue to pour in. The night was also a success as Hey You accomplished our goal of a hefty donation to the Historic Riviera Theater. At the end of the night we were proud to present Riviera general manager Frank Cannata with a check for $4,025.00!

This is only the beginning as Hey You has big plans for the remainder of 2009.

Monday January 19, 2009 - Thank you to everyone that came out to Shawbucks in Jamestown, NY! We had a blast and hope to be coming back to Jamestown in the Spring.

This Saturday January 24, 2009 is our show at the historic Riviera Theater in North Tonawanda, NY. This is a show you do not want to miss as we will be offering the big sights and sounds of a real Pink Floyd show. Tuesday December 16, 2008 - The monster that is the Hey You (A Tribute To Pink Floyd) light show continues to grow and grow. Of course, not to get lost in the lighting, we have been working on adding new music to the show and while we may not be able to debut what we have been working on at Chuggers we can promise that we will be playing some material at Chuggers that we did not play the last time we were there.

Tuesday November 25, 2008 - So much has happened in the past few weeks and we really need to get everyone caught up! First of all we want to welcome three people to the Hey You family that we did not formally introduce yet. First is female vocalist Kristen Cichocki. Kristen adds a whole new dimension to Hey You's sound and we welcome her and her talents. If you have not heard Kristen sing Great Gig In The Sky yet then you absolutely should. We would also like to introduce Michelle Vandervoort who takes over as our Myspace webmaster. Michelle has really upgraded our Myspace presence and she is adding friends to our Myspace site every day. If you want to be a Hey You Myspace friend just go to our Myspace site and drop Michelle a line!

We had a blast at the Buffalo Music Awards and got to see friends that we don't get to see very often because we are all working on the weekends! Congrats to Brad Peace of Suckerpunch, a good friend to Hey You, who won best rock guitarist! We are already looking forward to next year's awards show and we hope to be a part of it again!

Sunday October 12, 2008 - Our big Halloween party is coming up on November 1 at Club Infinity and we really hope you plan on joining us for the fun!
